- Calling clients on a regular basis to catch up and check all details are correct
- Arranging meetings
- Helping to onboard new customers
- Updating the CRM system
- Working to KPI’s
About you:
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- IT literate
- Confident and friendly personality
- Happy working in an office environment
Hours 9am to 5pm with an early finish on Fridays
Part time 5 days a week considered (20 to 25 hours a week)
