My client are a warm, friendly and passionate agency and are now seeking a Client Services Manager to join the team.
Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, whilst always delivering the highest level of customer service possible to ensure client retention.
You will be a natural at liaising with and supporting clients via email, telephone, video-conference and face-to-face, and will be able to multitask and manage multiple accounts/requests concurrently, ensuring to prioritise to meet client expectations.
Your day to day will involve working on and submitting pitches, proposals and tenders, so your written work should be perfect in terms of spelling and grammar!
With your client facing skills already in hand, you'll act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests, and will book in and quote jobs. The planning of project delivery, creation of schedules and all costings will be part of your role.
Your experience will highlight your organisation skills, and the ability to be client facing. An understanding of marketing, ideally from an agency point of view would be ideal but those from all industries will be considered.
