I am currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for a stunning Golf Club just outside of Bristol. The club is very popular for breakfast and lunch golfers and guests, using local fresh produce served to a very high standard.
The role comes with the advantage of your standard hours being MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9-5, however some flexibility may be required to cover functions, as and when required.
You will come from a fresh food background, have a good understanding of food preparation & due diligence.
As Chef de Partie you will get the opportunity to work in different departments across the kitchen including breakfast, pastry and grill as well as being involved with menu & new product development.
If you are looking for a new role in a kitchen where your participation is valued, then this is the role for you. As well as a great salary of upto £28,000, you will be working a 40 hour week, working Monday to Friday generally 9-5
