I am looking for a Chef de Partie/Junior Sous in my clients beautiful Norfolk Coast hotel and restaurant, live in available.
Our chefs work closely with local fishermen and butchers in Wells-next-the-Sea and around North Norfolk, producing locally-sourced, fresh and delicious meals. This is an amazing opportunity for a driven, determined fresh food led chef de partie.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings. Your standard working week will be 45 hours, however at times there may be the need to work extra paid overtime.

As the Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start with product and menu direction.
