Select Hospitality are working in partnership with a stunning countryside venue, based between Stamford and Oakham, who are looking for a Chef to join their existing kitchen team.
This role is perfect for a Commis Chef or Junior CDP looking to progress their career, with dedicated training and development. Experience in a kitchen environment, is required for this role and you will need to have a genuine passion for food, be able to multi-task, and have a high level of organisation, cleanliness and knowledge.
What is required of you?
- Passion for fresh food, creating dishes from scratch and an eye for detail.
- The ability to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs during service for timing and progress of all dishes.
- To have energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Be confident, capable and have a creative mind.
- Reliability is a must, and you need to be timely and efficient.
