Monday to Friday, from 7.30 am to 15.00 pm.
You'll be delivering an efficient and high-quality food service for the patients and staff of the hospital, while maintaining and cleaning food preparation areas and reporting any issues to management.
We're looking for someone that's confident in working in a team and has great verbal communication skills.
Experience from Catering is essential.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Maintain contact with operational staff under you control through regular team discussions and meetings.
- Effectively supervise, train, motivate, discipline and ensure the safety and general welfare of staff.
- Organise and assign staff under their control to perform required tasks.
- Manage the safe storage and maintenance of appropriate stocks and supplies.
- Ensuring confidentiality, privacy and dignity, in accordance with the data protection policy.
- Producing and delivering high quality, safe food service to patients, including awareness of dietary needs.
