Their business development managers are responsible for business (B2B) sales and local relationship development. They’ll identify and research the business opportunities available to them and build relationships with target businesses. Working the Product and Pricing Manager, you’ll develop their business offerings and where appropriate, customise these offerings to profitably meet customer needs. You'll negotiate and secure business sales.
Their business Development Managers knowledge and experience will also help them as they develop their build plans. Ahead of deciding where to build, you’ll research opportunities to help them to understand the “size of the prize.”
You will also work closely with the Campaign and Community Managers to identify key local partnerships and organisations (e.g. charities, local clubs and groups) as part of their community agenda & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). You'll work to build mutually beneficial relationships with these partners to support their wider marketing objectives in selected sectors (education, environment,…).
