We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious independent luxury hotel in Newmarket.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong F&B Supervisor or Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step with a property that genuinely cares about service, standards and its people.
You’ll work across a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, bar and spa operation, supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager and leading a professional team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on and visible, helping to run the operation and lead the team from the front.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the F&B team
- Delivering outstanding guest service
- Maintaining luxury service standards
- Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day service
- Training and developing team members
- Maintaining strong product and F&B knowledge
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and making sure every detail is right.
