Select Hospitality are excited to be advertising this exciting opportunity as an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards are met and maintained as part of this fantastic group. Our client has enjoyed success across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will be supporting the General Manager in leading the team and growing the business.
The Role:
- Promoting a culture of shared responsibility for always doing the right things for our clients teams and customers.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards
- Ensuring great customer experiences each and every time you interact with them.
- Develop, motivate & inspiring your team
- Be comfortable turning your hand to to any area needed
- Have previous pub, hotel or restaurant experience
- Be an exceptional communicator and a genuine team player with a natural and caring leadership style.
- Strong understanding of financial and hospitality KPIs
- Be a hands-on motivator who can manage build and retain relationships
