Due to an internal promotion, Select Hospitality are proud to be recruiting on behalf of this destination restaurant & wedding venue near Warwick for an Assistant General Manager.
My client is looking for driven, customer focused managers from all aspects of the hospitality industry. You will be offered full training & coaching to maximise your career growth.

As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager & owners to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 12 Front of House staff catering to over 1200 covers a week, as well as a busy wedding and event business. You will come from a sales and customer focused background, where you can use your skills and experience to maximise the enjoyment and experience of the customer.
