Administrator - 6 Months Maternity Cover
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
This established business has many years’ experience supplying specialist equipment to a wide variety of films, TV and commercials. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team covering maternity leave from August to February

About the role:
  • Manage email inbox and filter to the office team
  • Take incoming calls from clients/suppliers and respond to emails coming in to the business
  • Support the team with taking bookings for equipment hire
  • Assisting accounts team with timesheets, invoicing, bookkeeping & supplier payments
