This established business has many years’ experience supplying specialist equipment to a wide variety of films, TV and commercials. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team covering maternity leave from August to February
About the role:
- Manage email inbox and filter to the office team
- Take incoming calls from clients/suppliers and respond to emails coming in to the business
- Support the team with taking bookings for equipment hire
- Assisting accounts team with timesheets, invoicing, bookkeeping & supplier payments
- MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-tasker
- Team player
£28k pro rata
Mon-Fri 9-5
