Are you a high functioning Administrator with an inquisitive mind, a passion of providing excellent customer services and forging strong internal relationships?  This is a fast paced role that involves a problem solving, information gathering and relationship building both internally and externally. 

Providing connectivity solutions across the globe from explorers out on remote expeditions to crew onboard vessels operating in the artic regions, this role provides operational and administrative support to a dynamic Account Management team with a focus on post order to ensure service excellence to their customers.

The role is hugely varied and will include (but by no means be limited to) managing and processing orders, controlling logistics, issuing despatch notes and sales order confirmations, liaising with freight forwarders & couriers and applying freight charges, prep documentation for Dangerous Goods, processing activations and airtime top-ups and updating all data on CRM.
