A specialist distribution business with global reach are undergoing a period of significant growth and are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their busy team!
Our client, based on the outskirts of Luton, offer a range of logistics solutions for those with unique requirements in the food and consumables sector.
This brand new role is a great opportunity for someone with some administrative experience, a good understanding of MS Office and Google Drive, and is confident in their communication and organisation skills.

As a key member of the team, you’ll help to keep everything running smoothly and have the chance to be involved in important responsibilities such as:
• Communicating with suppliers, customers, and clients through phone and email
• Supporting the MD with travel and admin support
• A range of administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly

When you start your new role as an administration assistant, you’ll become part of a small and friendly team, and have the chance to challenge yourself in a role that offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You’ll even finish early on a Friday!
