You’ll be running a C-Cure security system, ensuring that all aspects of it are technically maintained at all times while working to all standard procedures and policies to ensure the best quality service is delivered. You’ll be communicating with all levels of the business to keep a tight operation, controlling all day passes to ensure only people that should be on site, are on site.
You’ll be delivering reports to both your team and our client’s management, so ensuring you record all security goings on will allow you to excel in your role, providing the level of service our client is well known for. You’ll be able to work to develop your staff both in their career and as people, ensuring everyone is performing at their best while getting the right work/life balance.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Have strong written communication skills to ensure that all documents and correspondence are delivered professionally.
- Demonstrate an ability for productive and independent thought to ensure all security works at it’s best.
- Have experience in issue and conflict resolution so you can handle any issues around the site.
- Have a valid SIA licence
- Have a high level of computer literacy
