You’ll be using your established experience on support desks to deliver an exceptional level of service to ensure problems are solved efficiently and delivering a VIP level of service to employees. You’ll be aiming to handle as many issues yourself without the need to escalate, which will allow you to grow your abilities in problem solving and build towards a leadership role.
You’ll be taking full responsibility on projects that you are assigned and that you acquire, offering regular progress supports to your line and project manager to ensure that projects are delivered both on time and to the exceptional standard our client is known for.
