Working extensively within the public and private sectors, Susie is an experienced talent acquisition specialist, partnering HR professionals and hiring managers in recruiting, developing and retaining quality candidates. Providing a consultative role, Susie advises strategically on robust recruitment techniques giving a positive candidate experience within the selection and retention arena. Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Susie has led volume campaigns and discrete projects for senior hires and executive recruitment, still getting a kick out of placing candidates into ‘hard to fill’ roles.
With a four year old in the house, Susie’s favourite pastime (not very often!) is long walks along our beautiful Norfolk coastline listening to an audio book and blowing away the cobwebs. At home it’s making homemade Pizzas and Curries.
