Ria is an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist specialising in Hospitality recruitment. With six years in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having previously worked as a Recruitment Manager within Hospitality, alongside experience in education recruitment. This varied background gives Ria a broad understanding of different sectors and the people within them, helping her to identify what both clients and candidates are really looking for.
Before moving into recruitment, Ria managed a sports and education company, giving her strong organisational and leadership skills. This experience has proven invaluable in recruitment, where managing relationships, juggling priorities, and understanding what makes people tick are all part of the job.
Outside of work, Ria enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, whether that is over a nice dinner and drinks or a long walk with her nine-month-old puppy, Willow. She is also a keen traveller, always looking forward to her next holiday.
