Jenny has a vast array of experience as a recruitment professional having worked in the industry for more than 20 years, over which time she has recruited within the construction, education and manufacturing sectors, including a stint recruiting in the Middle Eastern civil construction industry in Dubai. She also spent nearly a decade in Melbourne specialising in residential construction. At Select, she is part of the Construction recruitment team, specialising in finding people for the right roles across residential, commercial and civil construction projects.

Outside of work, Jenny is Mum to a seven year old boy called Felix. When he’s not running rings around her, Jenny is an avid cook and considers a Sunday in the kitchen cooking for her friends and family to be a real treat. According to her other half, Jenny makes the best roast potatoes ever!
