Ineta is a Senior Recruitment Specialist based in our Thetford office, working within the Industrial division. With three years of experience exclusively in industrial recruitment, she has developed a thorough understanding of the local Thetford market and the businesses within it. Ineta thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing energy to the challenges and problem-solving that industrial recruitment demands, while building the strong relationships that keep clients and candidates coming back.
Before recruitment, Ineta worked in factory environments herself, giving her a genuine understanding of the roles she recruits for and the realities candidates are stepping into. A background in admin and reception work adds a well-rounded perspective that helps her connect with a wide range of people.
Outside of work, Ineta is a devoted reader with a love of fantasy, sci-fi, and educational books, and is rarely without a book on the go. She also has a passion for travel, making a point of sampling the local beer wherever she finds herself. At home, she is kept company by her two cats — a mother and son duo.
