I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for all the work that you put into our recent recruitment drive based at our Crawley Head Office.

This was a particularly challenging project in addition to our complex recruitment process, operating with more than the normal amount of considerations, and a matrix of hiring managers against a tight deadline for the candidates to start, as a 13 week set induction plan for the new team had already been put into place.

Your efforts were really commendable, not only in the interest you took in really understanding the competencies we work with to select candidates against our desired behaviours, but matching against the challenging skill sets and availability times of the applicants that we needed.  Feeding back to the candidates and aligning to the procedures that we uphold and keeping our company name profiled as an employer of choice.
