“Over a considerable period of time, Select’s service has been excellent. I know that my team (supplied through Select) have been very happy 'from their end'. All of the administration aspects have been well covered, and communication has been very good. My Deputy – who is responsible for booking staff through Select would – I know – agree. He has formed an excellent working relationship with Select and it’s really like a 'team effort'. I would be happy to expand further if needed. We are now into our eighth year of trading with Select”
"I have worked with Select Bristol, for seven years. In this time I have found the staff courteous, efficient and hard-working. There have been some staff changes, as there inevitably always are in this sector, but I have found each handover smooth and well-handled, with great continuation of service. It’s always an anxiety for a client – especially a long-standing one – when staff leave because the fear is that you will have to go through everything again with the new contact and that the service will deteriorate. As I say, this has never been the case with Select and it is this quality in particular that I have valued.
Select finds candidates for our ongoing Trainee Mortgage Adviser role. We recruit volume and as such we require a constant stream of CVs, which Select makes an effort to supply. If I need more CVs, Select is the first to respond and help out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

"We have been very pleased with the previous candidates you have provided us with. Most of these staff have fitted our needs so well we have made them permanent members of staff.
Please provide CV’s nearer the time so we can decide on the best candidate for our needs."
