As a Sales Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer queries via email and Live Chat
- Confirming data accuracy and processing sales approvals
- Collaborating with different teams to resolve queries and streamline processes
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and data accuracy
