At Select we believe that job seeker care and employer care go hand in hand. Whether you are looking for emergency temporary staffing cover or for your next permanent team member we are here to help.

Our aim is always to act as an extension to your organisation and work in close partnership with you. We are happy to tailor our service to suit you however our standard, tried and tested process is simple and straightforward, and would typically work like this:

Such is our commitment to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the service we provide we will continue to keep in contact as follows:

If we place a permanent job seeker with you we will stay in touch with both of you right up to the day they start work. We then call you on the start date to see how things are going and then at 2, 4, 8 and 13 weeks to ensure that everything is going well.

If we place a temporary worker with you we will call you just after their start time to ensure they have arrived safely. Our quality assurance process also means that we will phone again after 4 hours to confirm your satisfaction with the worker we have supplied.
