Due to the international nature of many modern call centres, we are experienced in providing staff with foreign languages. All multi-lingual candidates are additionally assessed on their various language skills.
We've handled high volume recruitment campaigns on behalf of many call and contact centres. If appropriate, we can develop a customised assessment centre by working closely with each client that mirrors the skills and attributes required for a specific role.
