Candidates are proactively sourced using a variety of candidate attraction techniques including innovative marketing initiatives, our prime locations, local initiatives and on-line media, including our own website www.select.co.uk and recognised job boards. We encourage referrals and many applicants are recommended to use our services. Ongoing candidate attraction programmes mean that we've an existing national database of registered candidates.

As part of our recruitment process, candidates are thoroughly interviewed and references taken wherever possible. We use a variety of assessments including payroll, sales ledger, bought ledger and invoicing, credit control and numeracy, together with computer literacy tests. Eligibility to work and proof of identity are confirmed for all temporaries.
