i couldn't have asked for more
In April 2009 I began to look for employment as I had been made redundant in the January. I found Select through a web search and had also come across them through my previous employment in recruitment in the local area. I sent my CV via email directly to Greg Burns and went in the next day to register in full which included a face to face interview and skills tests. Greg went over my previous employment and spent the time getting to know me and the type of roles I was looking for. I found the experiencea little strange as I was used to sitting on the other side of the desk but Greg put me at ease with his friendly manner. Greg also told me about a couple of positions that he thought I would be suitable for and went through each one.
The following day I received a call regarding a temporary position within the same company and that it would be an excellent way of getting a feel for the company. Whilst working there I had my interview for the permanent position I had been put forward for originally.
Throughout the whole process I couldn't have asked for a better team, they were all helpful and there if I had any queries or questions. In the future should I need help with recruitment in any way they will be the first people I will be calling.
