At Select we believe in giving accountability and responsibility to all our staff and we are proud to have a flat management structure.

With currently over 600 staff nationwide all our managers report directly to the Select Board of Directors who have a wealth of experience between them.

Diane Martyn, Chief Executive Officer

Diane Martyn is a well known, highly respected figure in the UK staffing industry.  She joined the industry in 1987.  She is a graduate in finance and accounting, studying at both Leeds and in Bremen, Germany - where she studied to advance her knowledge and workings of european practices.

Diane joined Select in 2000.  In that time, the company has grown to become one of the leading specialists in office support staff.  In 2005, the company acquired Parkhouse Recruitment and in doing so, added light industrial to the product portfolio.  Select has also opened in Dubai, acquired Calibre Recruitment, developed the Select Hospitality, Select Capital and Select Group OnSite brands.

Rodney Jackson, Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, Rod has responsibility for our core operations and shared services support team.  

Coupled to this role is responsibility for the company’s IT strategy and delivery.  Previously he held the role of IT Director for one of Select’s largest competitors.

Historically he has been engaged with many companies in a consultancy capacity seeking and delivering business efficiencies.

Andrew Moss, Chief Financial Officer

Appointed in June 2000, Andrew was previously Financial Controller for Little Chef and Travelodge – a hotel and catering operation with a £250m turnover.
 
Prior to this, Andrew was Head of Financial Accounts at Bell Cablemedia – part of Cable and Wireless, a telecommunications cable company from February 1994 - February 1997.
