We achieved ISO9001 certification in 1996 across our network of offices and we are proud to have upgraded this to the new ISO9001:2000 standard in December 2001.

On an on-going basis our external assessors, ISOQAR, conduct regular formal reviews every 6 months and every office is formally audited once a year by a trained member of our staff who has no day to day responsibility for that office. In addition to the above we operate a quality control system whereby we seek feedback from end users on the quality of our service and the candidates we have provided.

All our staff are trained in the delivery of a quality service from their initial induction into the company and each individual has a thorough understanding of the quality objectives and their role in the successful implementation of these standards. Our quality control is constantly monitored and any feedback is actioned immediately.
