Annual Awards
Each year at our Annual Conference we recognise outstanding achievement through 24 categories of Annual Awards.   Each award brings with it the accolade of appearing on the stage and a cash benefit or gift.

Top Out Club
Linked to our competitive bonus schemes is the Top Out Club.   Consultants who gain entry into the Top Out Club are eligible to earn a further tax free amount which is presented annually at our Conference.   Top Out club members also receive quarterly gifts such as designer handbags and cuff links or weekends away.

Hippo Store
Also linked to our bonus schemes is The Hippo Store – this online incentive scheme allows consultants to purchase gifs on a quarterly basis or save their points and save for real life changing opportunities such as 6 months paid leave,  £10,000 paid towards a mortgage or a brand new car.

E-Card System
As part of our culture of recognising one another we also have an internal e-card system, this not only applauds individuals who have over achieved but also recognises special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, engagements etc.
