We recognise that many of our employees want to be the best at what they do - finding jobs for people.

Our on-going development programme is designed to allow our more experienced consultants to choose the most appropriate training for their individual needs and compliment the strengths and experience they have already gained.

Supported by a regular Personal Development Planning sessions, consultants discuss their individual requirements on an on-going basis with their manager.

These can range from in house classroom workshops such as Presentation Skills or Personal Effectiveness, to a series of eModules examining subjects including current industry legislation, time management and negotiation.
