Our ground breaking Management Development Programme (MDP) has been developed to increase self-awareness, create new ways of thinking, introduce new ideas and develop best practice in a culture where every manager is truly regarded as the owner of their own business.

Including topics such as Coaching for Winning Teams, Communicating with Confidence, Building Winning Teams and Peak Performance Camp, our MDP avoids dictating what makes a good manager, as so many management courses do.

Instead, managers are encouraged to explore their strengths and development areas in the context of themselves, their team and their local market through a series of experiential workshops, eModules, networking experiences and individual coaching sessions.

A key element of all our Management Development Programme workshops is that they are both highly interactive and highly visual. In our Coaching Winning Teams workshop, we employed a professional artist to record all the discussions and key learning points. The managers were then tasked to create a cartoon strip of different obstacles and practical solutions to successful coaching practice. Many of these works of art can now be found in the staff areas of our offices, acting as discussion point and constant reminder of pit falls and best practice.
