leadership camp

The Leadership Camp is aimed at those Consultants who aspire to manage an office, move into a key support role, or move into a key client facing sales role.

Delegates attend an assessment centre and an interview with our Board of Directors, before being selected to attend the Camp itself.

At the off-site event, delegates undertake a range of tasks and challenges to identify their strengths and development areas, in conjunction with learning about the role of a leader.

However, this is not just an outward bounds team building exercise. The exercises are all related to business and leadership – examining areas such as budget management, delegation, business planning, marketing, creativity and customer service.

As a result of the Leadership Camp we have seen many team members from across all brands and areas of the Select Group move into the right roles for their personal career progression.
