Holiday Entitlement
On joining we offer 22 days a year increasing 1 day per year for each completed year of service to a maximum of 27. After 10 years service this increases to 30 days per year. 

Pension Scheme
After 6 months service you are able to participate in the Group Occupational Pension Scheme. We will also contribute between 3 - 6% depending on your seniority within the organisation.
  
Private Medical Insurance

The Group Life Assurance scheme which offers life cover of between 1 and 3 times your salary depending on your seniority within the organisation.

We offer an enhanced maternity policy, where you can reduce your hours of work before and after the birth. If you have more than two years service, we pay more than the statutory minimum and offer the opportunity of requesting flexibility when you want to return to work.
